The 250th anniversary of Benedict Arnold’s expedition through Maine is approaching, and celebrations are being planned. Much interest centers on the Great Carrying Place, particularly the Nichols Cabin and its adjacent tent site on Middle Carry Pond.
The tent site is available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, cabin use requires a reservation made via the request form on our website:
